Cranks by the Lake includes a 40x100 peak structured tent that includes all food, tables, chairs, dance floor, portable bars, carpeted asphalt flooring, chandelier lighting and cathedral windows with screens.

Additional services are available, however they are priced separately.

A six hour time limit is placed on any event at Cranks by the Lake, unless approved by Cranks Catering. All Events must end no later than midnight.

There is absolutely no entering the Park after 11:00 PM.

A 150 person minimum is required unless approved by Crank’s Sales Staff.

A $1000.00 Non-Refundable deposit is required for any event at Cranks by the Lake.

A Charge of $4.00 per vehicle is required to enter the park. (Vouchers may be purchased through the park office)

Final Payment is required 5 days prior to the event, NO EXCEPTIONS.

All prices are subject to a 6% sales tax and an 18% service fee.

Any event serving alcoholic beverages must use one of Cranks experienced Bartenders for a fee of $100.00 per Bartender. We suggest one Bartender per 75 people.

Last call & last song will be made one half hour prior to the end of your event, not to exceed 11:30 PM.

Chair Covers & Chocolate Fountains can only be rented through Crank’s Catering.

No food other than your cake can be brought into the tent facility.

Cranks Catering is not responsible for damage or loss of any personal property. In addition, the client is solely responsible for any damages done to the tent or its properties the day of the event.
Final Information:

A Cranks Catering Sales Representative will contact you 10-14 days prior to the date of your event. At this time we will require all of your final information. Example: Final Count, Final Menu, Serving Time and any Special Requests.

Changes cannot be made to the menu and your count may not be reduced after we have taken final information from you. However, you may increase your count as long as it’s done 5 days prior to the date of your event.
Decorations:
Decorations or displays brought onto the premises must be approved by Cranks Catering. Items may not be attached to any walls, floors or ceilings with nails, staples, tape or any other substance. Decorations can be set up no earlier than one hour prior to the start of your scheduled event, unless approved by Cranks Sales Staff.
