Tender sliced eye round roast, basted in a beef demi glaze than topped with fresh Belgium carrot, pearl onions, celery, and baked in our country brown sauce.
Pepper Steak
Tender pieces of flank steak roasted than sliced, topped with 3 color peppers and spanish onions covered in a schezwan gravy.
