Bronze — Pick-Up Buffet
(25 Guest Minimum)
The Bronze package is designed to fit your budget. Menus are seasonal and subject to change.
Your food will be prepared in aluminum pans and insulated in Crank’s catering boxes.
Meals are hot and ready for your scheduled pick-up time.
Includes:

Silver — Set-Up / Drop-Off Buffet
The Silver package is perfect for entertaining guests for several hours.
A Crank’s professional staff member will deliver and set up your event in disposable chafing dishes.
You will receive disposable serving utensils and sternos to keep food hot.
For parties over 50 guests, backup pans are provided. You will be responsible for maintaining proper food temperatures.
Extra heat cans and disposable chafing pans may be purchased as needed.

Gold — Completely Catered Buffet
The Gold package is Crank’s traditional catering experience.
Our staff sets up and maintains your buffet throughout the serving time.

This top-tier service includes linens for all tables, your choice of linen napkin colors, and full china service.

Water glasses & pitchers
Salt & pepper shakers
Real silverware
Skirting for specialty tables
Stainless steel chafing dishes
Cake cutting & plating
Full set-up and tear-down
Team captain + maître d’ staff in tuxedo uniform (up to 5 hours)
Note: Specialty floor-length linens incur an additional charge.
Cooked to order. Consuming raw or undercooked meats may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Any event under 50 people, add $4.00 more per person. ALL PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE with a 19% service fee and 6% sales tax. $20.00 gas surcharge on ALL catered events. 10% gratuity on all food & beverage subtotals.
