 Our Enchantment Wedding Menus are designed to accommodate a wide range of wedding styles, guest counts, and service preferences. Couples may choose from buffet-style receptions, family-style dining, plated gourmet dinners, and full multi-course wedding experiences. Each package is supported by professional waitstaff, bar service, and elegant presentation to match the atmosphere of Enchantment Banquet Hall.

​Fabulous Evening Buffet Package

The Fabulous Evening Buffet Package offers an elegant and flexible dining experience, ideal for wedding receptions and evening celebrations at Enchantment Banquet Hall. Designed for events held after 6:00 pm, this buffet-style package combines generous entrée selections, classic accompaniments, and professional service to create a refined yet relaxed reception atmosphere.

The Ultimate Buffet Package

First Hour

Your wedding celebration begins with an extravagant hors d’oeuvre display, beautifully presented with Spanish, French, Italian, and Wisconsin cheese selections. The table also features crostini crackers, fresh seasonal cubed fruits, sliced imported salami and Italian hams, a colorful assortment of fresh vegetables, and our signature green goddess dip.

Hand-passed champagne is included to welcome your guests and set the tone for the evening.

 

After Your Toast… Dinner Begins

Following the toast, Crank’s professional maitre d’ staff will present each table with a freshly tossed green salad or classic Caesar salad, served tableside with our house vinaigrette. Freshly baked artisan rolls and butter accompany the course.

Once all salads have been served, the main dining experience begins.

Your Ultimate Buffet Experience

Your buffet features a carefully curated selection that includes your choice of:

  • One beef, pork, or veal entrée

  • One chicken entrée

  • One pasta selection

  • One starch

  • One vegetable

 

Example: Kansas City Beef Tenderloin Tips, Chicken Piccata, Lasagna Roll-Ups, Crank’s Famous Red Skin Potatoes, and Grilled Asparagus.

In addition to the entrée selections, guests will enjoy assorted fresh sliced fruits, raw vegetables with green goddess dip, assorted relishes (including pickles, black olives, pepperoncini, and roasted peppers), appropriate condiments, imported and domestic cheeses, a gourmet cracker assortment, 6–8 of Crank’s famous summer salads, and artisan baked rolls with butter.

Specialty Dessert Display Station

The Enchantment staff will present a stunning dessert display, highlighted by a two-minute “fireworks” presentation featuring raspberry tortes, lemon bars, double chocolate brownies, caramel cashew bars, Oreo treasures, and mini pumpkin and coconut cream pies. Each dessert is displayed with elegance for your guests to enjoy.

But the night doesn’t end there.

First Course

Assorted relishes (pickles, black olives, pepperoncini, roasted peppers)
or raw vegetables served with Maryland crab dip

 

Second Course

House-prepared soup of your choice:
Country chicken noodle, Italian wedding, cream of broccoli, jalapeño corn chowder, chicken pastinni, Texas pepper pot, or a custom selection

 

Third Course

New house Enchanted salad (mixed greens with feta cheese, tomato, cucumber, and sun-dried cherries)
or Caesar salad with house-prepared dressing

 

Fourth Course

Pasta selection:
Penne with meat sauce, farfalle Alfredo, encrusted mac & cheese, or pasta primavera

 

Fifth Course

  • Choice of one beef, pork, or fish entrée

  • Choice of one chicken entrée

  • Choice of one starch or potato

  • Choice of one vegetable

7-Course Sit-Down Family-Style Extravaganza

 

First Course / First Hour of Reception

Tuxedo-clad waitstaff with white gloves will hand-pass champagne along with four house-prepared appetizers.

Example: Shrimp shooters, bacon-wrapped chicken, sesame seed spinach pie, and Maryland crab crostinis.

An elegant charcuterie display featuring fresh cubed fruits, imported and domestic cheeses, sliced salamis, aged ham, and assorted nuts.

Second Course

Soup selection including Italian wedding, country chicken noodle, baked potato chowder, cream of broccoli, shrimp chowder, or your custom choice.

Third Course

Salad course served with hot fresh rolls and butter:

Fourth Course

Pasta course featuring options such as farfalle Alfredo, pasta primavera with garlic and oil, mostaccioli with meat sauce, penne marinara, mama’s stuffed shells, or fettuccine with palomino sauce.

Plated Gourmet Dinners (Call for Pricing)

Custom plated dinners are available upon request. Each plated dinner begins with a table-side maitre d’ presentation featuring a charcuterie board of mixed nuts, organic berries, assorted cheeses, and imported salami and ham.

Guests are then served a plated tossed or Caesar salad with house-prepared artisan rolls and butter, followed by a pasta course of your choice.

Dinner entrée selections include:
